Love the tips! As I color my hair often and with dark tones, I recommend keeping a tanktop around the same color as the dye to color in. I've ruined more shirts than I care to admit, and by keeping my brown and maroon tank closeby, I've saved my junk wardrobe and a bra or two. You literally canNOT see the hair dye stains. I also went to a local beauty store and bought a bag of 100 or so plastic hair caps. While my hair is processing, I can multitask without getting color on everything.
